In the late 1920's, The Franklin Mortgage & Investment Co. served as the front for the largest alcohol ring in the country. Today it is a celebration of the golden age of barrooms and the art of a finely mixed drink.
At Buddakan, Starr’s temple of modern Asian cuisine, guests enter through an Asian garden surrounded by multi-colored archways, 25-foot tall trees that appear to grow through the ceiling, rocks and foot bridges, to arrive at the awe inspiring restaurant’s main dining room. The website's design reflects the theatrical dining experience of the restaurant.
